Volunteer at Evening of Impact

​

It takes a community to bring Evening of Impact to life, and we would love for you to be part of it!

By volunteering your time before, during or after the event, you will help create an incredible evening that brings our community together in support of LifeWise Academy and the students we serve.

Whether you are welcoming guests, helping with one of our evening experiences, preparing the venue or lending a hand behind the scenes, every volunteer plays an important role in helping us share the hope of Jesus with the next generation.

Before the Event

• Help prepare event materials, guest information and signage
• Assist with decorating and event setup at Kleffner Ranch
• Prepare tables and evening experience areas
• Help organize sponsor materials and guest gifts
• Assist with loading, unloading and other event preparations

During Evening of Impact

• Welcome guests and assist with check in
• Help guests find their tables and navigate the event
• Support the Racing Challenge and other guest experiences
• Assist with the Montana Dessert Experience
• Help with Montana Makers and Fill the Bus. Fund the Mission.
• Support sponsor hospitality and the private Kyle Petty meet and greet
• Assist the event team wherever an extra set of hands is needed

After the Event

• Assist with cleanup and tear down
• Help pack event materials, décor and signage
• Assist with loading and returning event supplies
• Help ensure Kleffner Ranch is left ready for the next gathering
